About Our Billing System
At Travis P. Phillips, DMD, we aim to make your dental experience as smooth and stress-free as possible—including when it comes to insurance and billing. Our office will gladly process your dental insurance claims directly. Please note that co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of your appointment. Any balance not covered by your insurance provider becomes your responsibility and is payable upon receipt of your billing statement.
We accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, personal checks, major credit cards, and CareCredit® financing. For accounts with balances over 90 days, additional collection fees may apply.
